Educational Gaming

Jenny, The Shifted Librarian, has a great series of session posts from the Games, Learning and Society Conference being held right now in Madison, Wis. It is wonderful to see such a high level exploration of the power of games as a learning device.

The Shifted Librarian has featured previous posts on gaming in libraries as well.

Here’s hoping there will be a Games, Learning, and Society Conference 2.0 next year…maybe even matching up with the schedule for Michael Feldman’s Whad’Ya Know? if things fall out just right.
